TeamGantt is a subscription service offering plans based on the number of managers associated with your account. Both monthly and annual payment options are available. Choosing to pay annually saves you nearly 20%!
There are 3 plan options:
- Free plan: A maximum of 1 manager, 5 labels, and 1 active project with 60 tasks. No expiration and no credit card required!
- Pro plan (Premium): Priced per manager with with no minimum number of managers. Comes 20 projects per manager, unlimited tasks, and unlimited collaborators. Includes access to all software features in TeamGantt.
- Unlimited plan (Premium): Unlimited managers. Unlimited projects, unlimited tasks, unlimited collaborators and all software features in TeamGantt. Potential for additional benefits with extra cost, including a dedicated account manager, customized training, security review, and uptime SLA with monitoring. Note:
- To upgrade your subscription, the Managers (with billing permission) can go to: Account Settings > Subscription > Purchase. We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as PayPal.
- TeamGantt will automatically renew your subscription on a monthly or annual basis. There's no minimum purchase required, and you can cancel anytime.
- If you're a non-US customer, select Non US for the State field.
What qualifies as a collaborator (free user)?
A free collaborator is able to be invited to projects, assigned to tasks, receive notifications, update the progress and check off checklist items on tasks they are assigned to, leave comments, and upload or download documentation to a task or project. There is no limit on how many projects or tasks a collaborator can be invited or assigned to.
To see a current count of managers and collaborators on your account, the Account Holder can go to: Account Settings > Manage People.
