Why can’t I create a new project?
At the account level, there are three permission sets. As an Advanced User or Account Holder, you will have the ability to create new projects. To do so, locate the “+ New Project” button on your homepage.
If this button is missing from your homepage, it is likely because you were invited to the account as a Basic User, or because your subscription needs to be upgraded.
