You can set a default view for new projects during the project setup flow.
For instance, if you set the default to Board view, new people invited into the project will be dropped directly into Board view. This ensures that everyone is looking at the same thing from the get-go.
If you or a team member decides to work from another view, don't worry! TeamGantt will remember which view you were in last, so you don't have to always toggle to your favorite.
